Our MissionThe Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® shall provide support and resources in an effort to build, maintain and educate its membership to establish and promote a professional, ethical business atmosphere in which the membership can properly serve the public.
INTRODUCING THE NEW MEMBER BENEFIT - LAMPS! I am excited to inform you that TBBOR has implemented the Leading Association Management Processing System (LAMPS), from Fidelity MLS Systems and Solutions. LAMPS is the first REALTORS Association Management application to offer real-time synchronization with the NAR’s National REALTORS Database System (NRDS)- an innovation that ensures the data the Board relies on is always current. What this means for you and all the Members of the Board including our Affiliate Members is you can update your profiles, register for classes, register for luncheons and access Member Only information online at any time. You can also access Member Directories, Committee information, Governing Documents and Events Calendars. LAMPS also gives you the ability to pay invoices online with Credit Cards!! We will be integrating LAMPS with our current web page www.temple-beltonbor.com, however to access LAMPS you will need to click on the Member Login. Your User Name will be your nine digit NRDS number and your password will be your last name in lowercase. I feel this will be a great addition to the Member Benefit Program the Membership Service Committee is working on this year.
