MLS ONLY PARTICIPANTS AND SUBSCRIBERS
Definition:
Individuals who are only participants and/or subscribers of the Multiple Listing Service and do not hold primary or secondary REALTOR membership with the local Board.

Note: The Designated Realtor (Broker of Record) must be a Participant in the Multiple Listing Service in order for licensees to subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service.
