Primary Realtor Member

  • Definition: An individual is a primary member if local dues are paid and the Board pays state and National dues based on such member.
  • Benefits: Primary REALTOR Members are entitled to all benefits of the local board. Current benefits include the following:
    • Access to the Member Only section of www.Temple-BeltonBOR.com
    • Ability to pay Board invoices online with a credit card.
    • Discounted Member pricing at Luncheons
    • Discounted Member pricing on Education Classes
    • Discounted Member pricing on Board Store products
    • Participation in special member benefits that the Committees obtains.

Secondary Realtor Member

  • Definition: An individual is a secondary member if local dues are paid but state and National dues are remitted through another Board.
  • Benefits: Secondary REALTOR Members are entitled to all benefits of the local board. Current benefits include the following:
    • Access to the Member Only section of www.Temple-BeltonBOR.com
    • Ability to pay Board invoices online with a credit card.
    • Discounted Member pricing at Luncheons
    • Discounted Member pricing on Education Classes
    • Discounted Member pricing on Board Store products
    • Participation in special member benefits that the Committees obtains.
  • Note: The Designated Realtor (Broker of Record)must be a Primary or Secondary member of the Board in order for licensees affiliated with the firm to select the Board as their "primary" Board.

Affiliate Member

  • Definition: An individual who pay local dues and while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in paragraphs a or b of the By-laws, but have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Board and it's REALTOR members.
  • Benefits: Affiliate Members are entitled to all benefits of the local board. Current benefits include the following:
    • Access to the Member Only section of www.Temple-BeltonBOR.com
    • Ability to pay Board invoices online with a credit card.
    • Discounted Member pricing at Luncheons
    • Discounted Member pricing on Education Classes
    • Discounted Member pricing on Board Store products
    • Participation in special member benefits that the Membership Service Committee obtains.
    • Opportunities to advertise in the Homefront newsletter.
    • Opportunities to advertise during education classes held at the Board Office.
    • Place brochures and cards on the Affiliate table in the Board’s Lobby.

Non-Member Salesperson

  • Definition: An individual who has not joined the local Board and whose license is held by a Broker, who is a primary member of the Board. The Broker is responsible for paying nonmember fees for those individuals.
  • Benefits: A Non-Member Salesperson is not entitled to any benefits of the local board.
